If you need to return part or all of your order, it's easy! Simply follow the instructions below. All returns are acknowledged by email or mail and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
1) SHOP RETURNS: Please note that if you have purchased your item directly in store and wish to return it, you must have your store receipt and the product must still be in its original packaging with any tags. Credit notes and exchanges are done at the Manager's discretion. We do not accept returns on any of the following products/ item lines - makeup items, seasonal and sale products, eyelashes, wigs, tights, lingerie and undergarments, contact lenses, tattoos and body jewellery and other select products. Please do not hesitate to enquire if unsure. All shop returns must be made within 14 days of purchase shown on receipt.
2) Instructions for returning goods Before sending the parcels back to us please phone us for a Returns Authorization Number which you can get by contacting the So High Soho Customer Service team: Monday-Friday 11am to 5pm G.M.T., or e-mail and we will make arrangements with you to return. You will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available if you phone. You also need to include this returns number with your parcel back to us, as failure to do so will result in delay of any refund.
3) Returns Goods purchased from the So High Soho website may be returned for a refund as long as you inform us within 7 days (starting from the day after delivery). You must take full responsibility for our goods while they are in your possession. Any item(s) for return must be sent back in its original shipped condition, together with any original packaging
4) Should an item not be needed and you have failed to inform us within 7 working days- For a max of 30 days (starting from the day after delivery) we will still offer a refund but for the value of 60% of the purchase price (exclusive of shipping). We apologise that for incoming goods, shipping, packing and insurance cannot be refunded.
5) Satisfaction If you are not entirely satisfied with an order, please contact customer services for either replacement or a full refund (within 7 working days)
6) Faulty Products should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you. You should let us know as soon as possible via email and within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
7) We will not refund:-Items without a returns number; Items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled; Items returned without full packaging; Items must be odour free, including the smell of smoke or perfume.
8) Please note we cannot refund makeup items, seasonal products, eyelashes, wigs, tights, lingerie and undergarments, contact lenses or masks. Some costumes have sealed wigs; in such cases if the costume is not appropriate do not open the wig as once opened refunds cannot be given on wig or the costume.

Please note that for Special Delivery, all orders received before 2pm will be shipped out the same day subject to stock availability. Orders received after 2pm will be sent the following day. Please note that for First Class Recorded Delivery, orders will be despatched within 7 days by either First Class Recorded Delivery and we suggest Special Delivery on all items £39.00 or over. International orders will be sent to you within 14 days via Airsure®.
If the order arrives too late for your party, you can return it in the normal way and if we are at fault, we will refund all postage costs. A reason why we may not be at fault is that you have selected to use first class post, when you should have used Express delivery or you were absent during delivery, in this case a 25% handling charge will be applied. If you are returning a package please use registered post or obtain a certificate of posting for your own protection please note proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Please note that some of the product images displayed on www.sohighsoho.co.uk are outsourced and may vary from the pictures displayed. Our suppliers hold the right to operate slight changes to the products at any given time without previous warning. However these small changes should not interfere with the quality or with the general concept of any item in question. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
